Development of the Replacement and Discontinuation Orders.

For the moment, the HMW Simulator is able to work on the basic Orders (new prescription, validated Order, new medication preparation report and new administration report).
But it must be possible to do a replacement of a prescription Item or to do a discontinuation of a prescription Order Item.
