      Description

      The HL7 message profiles of messages sent by the PES need to be reviewed. Actually, I have noticed that some conditional fields (in TF) are always marks as "conditional" in the profiles although we have more precise informations in the technical framework. I think about EVN-3 and EVN-6 but I think that I could be the case for other ones.
