Applies to entities not updated in assertions table when removing links

Removing links, i.e AIPOS when encountering this bug, doesn't lead to errors in assertion edition page. The problem appears in assertions table where the "applies to" values are not updated (doesn't take into account the new value).

Looking at the logs, the entities are not managed well.
