      Description

Audit Message validator seems too restrictive. It forbids elements that are not declared in IHE cardinality table, even if the schema allows it. Best example is PartificipantObjectIdentification, nothing should prevent the usage of other PartificipantObjectIdentification. IHE table is "a minimal".
