Link to the issue tracker cannot be configured from the application preferences

      Description

      It seems that the link to the issue tracker (displayed in footer) is hard-coded. We want it to be customable so that we can enter the link to the customer service desk when appropriate

      Contact person and email shall also come from the DB not from the build parameters
