      Description

      To generate patients addresses, we have several 3rd party API at our disposal. The one that DDS uses in priority is from Google who changed its access policy on Sept 2018.

      * Generate a key for gazelle.ihe.net and give a try
      * Update the installation manual to give guidance on how to generate a new API key
