When editing a referenced standard, transaction failed when adding an XSL location

If you create a label, and you don't click on save changes button but instead click on add XSL location, a transaction failed message appears when saving the XSL location.
Moreover, there is a style issue, because the popup panel is entitled "Edit validation Stylsheet"
