[Sequoia/CDA] Display the statistic on constraints part of the scorecard

Several kind of statistics are going to be computed by Gazelle object checker. In particular, statistics on the kind of checks which have been performed will be reported. We need a stylesheet to nicely display this result in the EVSClient
