HL7v2: Filtering of notifications do not work on validation page

The javascript methods called by the filters for notifications seem to be missing on page /hl7v2/validator.seam?extension=IHE

Filtering of notifications
* works when you access the report using its permanent link (/hl7v2Result.seam)
* does not work right after the validation

Console error: Uncaught ReferenceError: showHide is not defined
    at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (validator.seam?extension=IHE:1)
