      Description

When a validated JSON file does not have a "<" character, it is straight detected as an XML, with xmlWellFormated validation processed on it and the validation crashes.

      https://ehealthsuisse.ihe-europe.net/EVSClient/detailedResult.seam?type=FHIR&oid=1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.25.1.1352215

It can be explained that we are checking the index of the first "<" for XML and if it does not find any, the method returns -1 which validates the check index < 2. This must be fixed as soon as possible as this is hugely impacting FHIR validations.
