Cache responses for CertificateFinderWS

A new webservice is available to retrieve a JKS based on the signature of the certificate.
In order to improve performances, the returned JKS and associated signature should be cached. JKS is built using the password sent by the client, the one shall be cached also and we need to check that the password is still the same (otherwise client will not be able to access the JKS)
