Certificate validation do not pass when delivered by a CA trusted by GSS

Since last version (6.2.0 with bouncycastle update), the certificate validation doesn't work as intended. Self signed certificates are passing validation (GSS can find the parent and issuer) whereas certificates delivered by CA trusted by GSS don't.

The certificates below (obtained on GSS from production environment, gazelle.ihe.net) can be used to reproduce this bug :

2656.pem -> validation PASSED
2661.pem/2662.pem -> validation FAILED as same CA
