[UI] Message upon user account creation is not accurate

      Description

      During the user registration process, when the user confirms the creation of his account (last screen),
      if he has selected an existing organization the following message is displayed’ “If you do not receive an
      email, check your spam folder or contact us”. However, no message is never received. We should
      remove this sentence
