      Description

GWT act as a man in the middle between TM and Xdstools when launching the Conformance Tool from TM.

To launch the Conformance Tool in xdstools, we need to go to an url of the type (The full doc is here : https://github.com/usnistgov/iheos-toolkit2/wiki/Launching-Conformance-Tool-from-Gazelle) :
      http://127.0.0.1:8888/Xdstools2.html#ConfActor:default/42/rep/profile/option/system

rep is the code word for Document Repository. The applicable codes are listed above (see doc)

profile is the profile code. Examples are xds, mhd, xca-i, xds-i. These codes are defined in https://github.com/usnistgov/iheos-toolkit2/blob/master/actor-transaction/src/main/java/gov/nist/toolkit/actortransaction/client/IheItiProfile.java

option is the option code. Examples are Required, Metadata Update, XUA. These codes are defined in https://github.com/usnistgov/iheos-toolkit2/blob/master/actor-transaction/src/main/java/gov/nist/toolkit/actortransaction/client/OptionType.java

For now in GWT, the relation between a role in test from TM and the req from xdstools is hardcoded. The same goes for the profile and the option. We need to find better way to do that like :
      - Modify or create a webservice in TM to retrieve these informations directly
      - Create a page in GWT where the admin can configure these relation.
      - ??
