Description
eClinicalWorks complained that they could not import Connectathon participants.
I tried and cannot either
As an admin user, select Registration / Connectathon participants
For company eClinicalWorks, select 'Import from Users'
One user is shown in the window displayed for selecting users.
If you select that user, there is no way to scroll in the window to access whatever button there is to trigger the "Add a participant' function.
I had the same problem with "Import from Contacts"
I tried both Firefox and IE browsers and the behavior was the same.
See screen shot attached.
====
The next day, I had a similar problem when editing connectathon test cases. In a test with a relatively long test description (SWF_MIMA_ImgMgr_Config), there was no scroll bar displayed that enabled me to access the "Edit" icon.
Now I suspect it is a problem when a browser window has scroll bar within it. In the test description tab, there is a scroll bar for the text of the test description. Likewise, when you are adding connectathon participants, there is a scroll bar in the window displaying the contacts or users.
I noticed an error icon in the lower left of the IE browser window when this occurred. I have attached a 2nd screen shot.
