add a free form text field where vendors could track the status of a pre-Connectathon tests

This is a suggestion from John Lammers from Karos Health.

It would save us a lot of work if features could be added to Gazelle that would help us manage our work for pre-connectathon tests

For example, if we had a free form text field where we could track the status of a test:
     Sam doing
     Needs development
     Low priority
     Time permitting
     Waiting for John

This field would be visible when we view lists of tests in Gazelle, both for Pre-Connectathon and Connectathon.

Because we don't have this feature, we actually use spreadsheets to manage the tests. Creating the spreadsheets and manually synchronizing with Gazelle is a ton of work that we would save.

Attached is an example. (Originally this spreadsheet tracked individual tests but that became too tedious).
