Description
I've entered "AE Title" that exceed the character limit to 16 characters.
However, displayed message was format error one, such as "AE Title should be formatted with letters and _".
I think that a message of character limit error should be displayed instead of format error.
Below are the steps to reproduce this issues.
1.Select Configurations-->Manage system's configuration from menu.
2.Add DICOM configuration's.
3.Enter AE Title that exceed the character limit to 16 characters.
