Disappearing Descriptions in Test Definitions

      Description

      Enter a test, with a unique description. Log out, log in, verify that description is present. Wait 10 minutes; look at test, description is empty. Does not happen for all tests, but seems to always happen for test named ARTI_ARC_BEAM_CONSUMER (in RO).
