On EU-CAT, dummy testing session, test system OF_IHE-MGR-Lynn 20130919b, I added ECHO/OF/None
Initially, the dropdown list to select thorough/supportive does not appear.
I have to go back to List of systems, then edit the system again in order to select Thorough/Supportive
