[TF] Strange things happen on Manage Document page

Strange things happened on the Manage Documents page:
- The first time I manage to open the edit page for a document is was empty (see attached screenshot)
- Then, after several tries, I manage to display the edit panel but it was displayed above the table gathering the results of the search (see screenshot) and only a 'cancel' button is displayed
- Finally, When I press the return key from my keyboard to select an entry in the suggestion list, the table of results disappeared and the only way I found to show it again was to reload the whole page (reset button cleans up the filter but does not displays the table)
