NA2014: request to synchronize a few patient details between EU-CAT & gazelle-na

In Patient Generation and Sharing on EU-CAT, we spent some time before the Istanbul connectathon to ensure all of the patient IDs and demographics for pre-load patients match the connectathon test descriptions in GMM.

Most of these demographics exist and are correct on gazelle-na; however, I need a few updates.

The attached excel spreadsheet is an extract of the patients with keyword Preload*.
(1) The 4 patients highlighted in green are missing from gazelle-na. Could I have these added? I need these precise demographics, including patient IDs.
(2) The 2 patients in yellow have the correct demographics, but the patient IDs don't match those in EU-CAT and the ones in the test descriptions. Could you update the patient ID to match what is currently in the spreadsheet?
