Description
This is for the HIMSS innovation center. I created a couple of organizations (with some difficulty; will be another jira item). I am logged in with my admin account and want to create another organization. I use admin->manage organizations and activate the button to create an organization.
I fill in the demographics for the organization as you can see in the first screen shot. I then paused for a moment (10 seconds) and watched the jboss log file (tail -f server.log). All of a sudden I could see a bunch of exceptions fly by in the log file, and then the web interface told me that an error had occurred (see second screen shot).
