      Description

In gazelle TM, under Connectathon-->Find a monitor, I don't think our volunteer monitors' email addresses should be displayed by default.

There is a user preference "Display your email address to everybody", but this preference is ignored for "Find a monitor".

If you change this to enforce the user preference, please make sure that the preference to 'display email' is set to "NO" for newly-created user accounts.
