The eyecare connectathon is in two weeks and configuration entries are due.
Two vendors reported that gazelle throws an error when they are updating their default config. Here is what they said:
(1) I tried to update Systems Configurations on 9/23 but it was giving me an unexpected error so I was not able to update them.
(2) I wanted to start the system configuration, but I always do get the following error: Error in the Gazelle application (Unexpected error, please try again)
Please have a look into the following screen shots:
I think the error is thrown, because there is not drop down list in “Type of configuration”. Nothing can be selected or manually entered.
