On assigning authorities page, display systems in session from the current testing session only

      This related from Lynn's remark on GZL-4383

      We have global assinging authorities which are used in several testing session. Those testing sessions can occur at the same time so this is not acceptable to delete the systems in session.

      In the table gathering the available testing sessions, we have a column whcih lists the number of systems linked to each assigning authority. This count should also take into account the systems in session from the testing session the current user is logged in.
      When we edit the assigning authority, we display the list of systems in session, here also we should see only the systems in session from the current testing session (the one the current user is logged in)
