When the testing session is "internet testing", we still verify that the hostname is less than 24 character

When we are in local testing session, hostname is not an fqdn, then its size shall be less than 24 character. When we are in internet testing session, the hostname is an fqdn, we need to remove the check on the size of the hostname when we are in internet testing session (example eHDSI testing event)

Action :
if the type of testing session is internet testing, then host name shall be FQDN and validation shall be FQDN validation. If testing session is not internet testing, then the validation is for hostname.

An easy fix is to validate that the field contains a valid FQDN or a valid hostname.
