Editing a system in gazelle shows wrong keyword

I am logged in with my admin account and can see a system from a participant. The keyword looks correct in the -01 screen capture.

When I decide to edit the System Summary, the display switches and thinks the keyword is tied to "IHE USA" and not the original organization.

The good news is that when I save changes, the keyword does remain with the original organization and not IHE USA.

This would only be seen by a handful of people.

You might want to see if this has any effect on other things.
