Description
Users have password problems and have forgotten their username and have linked their account to an email address (e.g., yahoo) that they no longer use. They have no way to reset their password. At this point, they send me an email and I can fix it.
I frequently perform a password reset for that account when I am finished. That sends them the email where they can go in and change their password.
To do this, I have to log out of Gazelle and go to the "lost password" page and enter their account name or email address.
You could shorten this process by adding a button on the page where I edit the user account. I know I can set the password on that page. I would like to see a separate button that just triggers the password reset email.
This is a nice to have. You could say "Nope, not going to do it."
