In NA2018 session, assign monitors to test page shows test instances

In the NA2018 test session, if you look at the assigned tests for a monitor, some tests show test instances, when no test instances have been performed for the NA2018 session.

If you look at the listed test instances, they are from previous test sessions.

The screen shot shows Manuel Metz's test assignments for NA2018.

If I look at test instance 47750, it is from the NA2015 session
