      Description

      Patient Manager tool has involved and is now able to provide all the features related to demographics that we need during a connectathon/projectathon.
      This feature can be retired from Gazelle TM.

      Remove dependency to PatientGeneration
      Remove related pages in gazelle-tm-war
      Remove java classes in gazelle-tm-tools
      Remove preferences related to Patient Generation in Application Preferences: DDS URL, DDS mode, SVS URL
      Remove boolean in testing session configuration (enable/disable feature for each session)
