      Description

If a transaction is not linked to a referenced standard, it does not appear in the inbound/outbound configuration supported by the system.

Either we need to add a check on this, or a warning on the transaction definition or the possibility to get the transport/configuration type even without the standard linked. Whatever the solution, the admin have to know that something is missing in the TF definition.

This is not acceptable to realize during the CAT that something is missing in some transaction definitions and cause invalid ATNA Questionnaire for all systems.
