Since non approved configurations are not used by the proxy, hide the proxy port until they are approved

Gazelle Proxy only opens chanels for the configurations which are marked "approved" in Gazelle TM. In order to alert users that they will not be able to use the proxy for non approved configuration, we shall not display the proxy port (red port between brackets) until the configuration got approval.
