Admin needs a filter to easily access the list of hosts without IP addresses

We are in the processed of assigning IP addresses when participants ask for additional hosts.
This process could be improved if we had a way to filter the hosts without IP address regardless they are used by a configuration or not.

It could also be very convenient if we can do a batch assignment without being afraid of reassigning IP to other hosts !!
