      Description

      Prevent upload of logs and report in "finished" test instance using the /rest/testinstance webservice.

      Block upload if test instance is finished ("Verified", "Aborted" or "Failed" status).

      Error handling :
      If the test instance is finished, throw TestInstanceClosedException.
