GMM: Cannot add Referenced Standard to a Transaction

In a transaction definition, I tried to add a Referenced Standard to the transaction. After selecting the FHIR standard from the list, a message briefly appeared saying that the standard was added, but after I saved the transaction and viewed it again, the transaction was not there.

Note that all transactions without standards display this warning message: "If there is no referenced standard the transaction will not appear in the inbound/outbound configurations supported by a system". Thus, it seems that this should be fixed.
