[QUAL] In Preparation phase as vendor - no information or button

In Preparation phase, login as vendor or vendor admin
The only thing you have is a the breadcrumb, all the info information or button are not present.

Details :
*A card is displayed untitled "You and your partners". On this card the user can see :
- How many systems are registered in the test session for his organisation
- If the attendees has to be registered in the tool, how many attendees are registered for the organisation
- A link to access the Registration page
- A link to access the list of all the registered SUTs

*A card is displayed untitled "SUTs' network configuration". On this card the user can access the following links:
- Edit SUT's network interfaces redirects to the page where the organisation has to give the configuration for his SUTs
- Network details to access the Network configuration overview
- SUT's network interfaces to access the full list of network interfaces for all the SUTs in the session 

*A card is displayed untitled "Preparatory tests". On this card the user can access the Test execution page from here.
