[QUAL] proxy don't capture messages

      Systematic - Intensively used feature or bug that happens everytime with any parameters

      Description

      We have tried to capture on qualification some messages, but we encounter some TLS problem.
      We have to analyse further the problem but for the moment we don't have time, ressource and priority.
      An analyse should be done in the next 1 or 2 week. Then continue the validation of the ticket Proxy-264
