      Description

in section 1.7, the Swiss spec says: "With the PIXv3 Query a primary system can query with the local identifier the MPI and get the corresponding MPI-PID and the EPR-PID".

The next requirement in the spec (1.7.2.1) seems to be in line with this: it tates that the EPD-SPID must be returned in OtherId. Without the DataSource parameter, this would be returned simply as part of the ID list. Only if that list is restricted to the MPI-PID and we still wanted to return an additional id (the EPD-SPID) then it would make sense to put it in OtherId.

So my understanding is that the DataSource parameter is mandatory - why should it be required to be set to the AA of the community if I can get all the identifiers by simply omitting the parameter?
