Increase the information, link to the Prescription Item and allow user to customize this information.
Add the information below and make it customizable for the user
- Medical Instructions
- Beginning date of treatment/ length of treatment/ End of treatment date
- Number of refills
- Reason for prescribing
- Frequency and times of intake
- Dosage
- Substitution allowed or not
- Alert about prescribing restrictions
- Related to a chronic disease or not
- Additional comment
...
All this information will be save in the PrescriptionItem table.
The idea is to add a tab in the Prescription Placer page, to allow user to specify, select this information for each selected medication (so for each prescription item).
