[HMW-17] The workflow configuration is linked to the user account. When a user choose a workflow setup, the user should only see, in the workflow setup list, the own workflow setup linked to his account. - Gazelle

Currently, all user, with an account or not, can see all workflow setup saved in the HMW simulator data base.
Need to fixed this bug.
