Improve the "Prescription Item(s) Information" tab panel in the Prescription Placer actor page. This page can be used by the user to customize the created prescription.

- Need to add the segment name for each information. For example, for "Allow substitution", need to specify which field in the RXO segment is concerned.
- Need to be coherent between the information present in the HMW Simulator GUI and the information put in the HL7 message. For example, currently the TQ1 segment doesn't appear in the HL7 message, although the information is saved in the prescription item table. (This doesn't concern a lot of information).
- Continue to enrich the proposed information.
