Need to add information in the page of the Pharmaceutical adviser, Medication Dispenser and Administration Informer actors.
For example :
- For the Pharmaceutical Adviser :
                          - add the replacement and discontinuation action.
                          - add the possibility to write some comments during a validation
- For the Medication Dispenser :
                          - add the possibility to dispense only the half dosage(for example) for a medication
- For the Administration Informer :
                          - add the update action
                          - add the possibility to send an administration report for each administration (see the HMW TF Supplement part 5.9)
