Case Sensitivity HPD in dn's too strict

HPD requests demand ou=, dn= and failed OU=, DN=
 EPD largely case insensitive and accepts requests with Ou= for example. On response sends OU= and DC=
and expects HCProfessional etc. and does not accept hcProfessionL as an example

in HPD responses, also validator also expects ou=, dn= but OU= and DC= are delivered

in HPD where references to another professional, relationship, regulated organization is needed (for example ClinicalInformationContact) the validator also uses the same strict rules, where the EPD implemention is case insensitive
