      Description

      Add a feature to test the capabilities of the Order Filler to fullfill the requirements of the RAD-5 transaction.
      That means, playing the role of a worklist SCU
      User may give the DICOM configuration of its SCP (worklist provider) and values for the 5 query keys it must support. Then, the tool will send all the possible combinations of those 5 parameters to check that the Order Filler is able to give a response to all of them.
      We need then to check that the content of the received worklists matches the query
