[PDQV3/PDC] "Clean up" button does not empty the content of the birth date field

When building a query to a PDQ(V3) supplier, the user has the ability to clean up the query parameters using a single button "Clean up query parameters". This action does not delete the value in the birth date field.
In addition, although the birthdate is empty in the GUI, the field is still sent in the query message.
