      Description

       Patient Registry shall be able to search a patient aliases with parameter As IDentifier
          * PatReg will only deal with the data processing of the query.
          * PatReg shall be able to return a response with Succes or Fail status as defined in GITB
          * In case of a succes Search the response status is set to Succes and it will has the data of the search as define by the transaction ITI-83
          * In case of a fail search the respones status is set to fail and it will contain the cause of this fail. As fail causes we have :
              - Bad identifier
              - Identifier doesn't exit
              - No X-ref found for this Identifier
              - Internal error
              - Target Domain is not valid/doesn't exist
