Status of TLS test is not updated when the URL is deleted

In the TLS tab, it appears that the status of a specific test is not updated when the URL is updated or replace by some text.

Actually, the system should check that the text entered in the URL field looks like an URL, and a button should be added to reset the field and the test status.
