      Description

      Reported by Dave Franken

      the generated assertion has subject-id coded like this:

      <saml2:Attribute
                        FriendlyName="XSPA Subject"
                        Name="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:1.0:subject:subject-id"
                        NameFormat="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:attrname-format:uri">
                <saml2:AttributeValue
                           xsi:type="xs:string" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">admin</saml2:AttributeValue>
              </saml2:Attribute>

      However, the specs currently say the proper Name for subject-id is like this:

      <saml:Attribute Name="urn:oasis:names:tc:xspa:1.0:subject:subject-id">
      <saml:AttributeValue>Walter H.Brattain IV</saml:AttributeValue>
      </saml:Attribute>
