      Description

      Steps to reproduce
       * open Gazelle, log in to Pisa session for Forcare
       * display Connectathon Main page, look at dashboard overview.
       * it shows 250 verified tests
       * now, open the connectathon results page and download the PDF report for Pisa
       * scroll to the overview page (1.2 Test instances summary)
       * it shows 239 verified tests

      Expected
       * result counts should be equal

      Actual
       * they differ
