Import/Export audit messages definitions

In Gazelle Test Management, we have the list of all the audit messages which might be created by the IHE actors in the context of a transaction. Those audit messages are linked to a document (the section where they are specify in the technical framework) and hold the OID of the validator in GSS.
We need a way to exchange those informations across the various instances of Gazelle Test Management. It means that they need to be exported in an XML file and that Gazelle TM shall be able to create entries based on the content of this file.
